I want to ensure we're on the same page before we begin our artistic journey together. Please review these terms carefully:

Copyright | I retain full copyright on all artwork, including mock-ups and prints. This allows me to create prints, calendars, or other items using the commissioned artwork. I reserve the right to display commissioned work on my website and social media. If you prefer your commission not be shown online, please let me know before we start. Clients may not sell copies of the work without my permission.

Reference Photos | Please ensure you have the right to use any reference photos you provide. For gift commissions, you're responsible for obtaining appropriate images. By sending reference photos, you're granting me permission to use them in my promotional materials, including before-and-after comparisons.

Quotes | While I provide general pricing on my website, each commission is unique. I'll give you an accurate quote based on your specific requirements, valid for 30 days. If you change the brief, I may need to adjust the quote. I'll always inform you if changes affect the overall cost.

Timelines | I'll provide estimated start and completion dates, but these aren't guarantees. I'll do my best to meet your deadlines, but factors outside my control (like shipping delays) can impact timing. I'll keep you updated on any changes to the estimated completion date.

Payment | A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to save a spot on my commissions calendar. The remaining balance, including shipping, is due before I begin work. Payments are processed securely through my website via PayPal. You can use a credit card as a guest if you don't have a PayPal account.

Satisfaction Promise | I'll only ship your portrait once you've given your approval.

Cancellations | If you need to cancel before final payment, you won't owe any outstanding balance. However, I'll retain the deposit and any amounts paid to cover time spent and potential lost business.

Shipping | I use UPS for shipping and strive to keep costs reasonable. Tracking information is provided upon shipment. Shipping fees are due with the final payment. [Check rates HERE]

Shipping Damage | While I package artwork with utmost care, if damage occurs during transit, please send me photos immediately. Depending on the extent of damage, I may ask you to return the artwork. I'll create a new piece at no cost, but please note it will be added to my waiting list.

Data Protection | I won't sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties.

Import Duty | Any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the client.
